⚠️ Wipe ALL QBO Tokens (Migration Reset)
Use ONLY when migrating to a new Intuit Developer app. Wipes every stored OAuth token so all clients start fresh — they'll see "Connect QBO" buttons and re-authorize via OAuth.
Financial data (P&L, GL, BS, etc.) is preserved. Only the encrypted token rows are removed.
ℹ️ How retention works

Industry report PDFs: Auto-purged 48 hours after upload by the daily 04:00 UTC cron. The parsed industry-benchmarks data is retained forever — only the source PDF blob is freed.

Produced PDFs (Drake Check, Time Reports, Engagement Playbook, etc.): Generated client-side and emailed/downloaded directly. Never stored in Postgres.

Disk thresholds: Status flips to warn at 70%, critical at 85% of the 20 GB volume cap. Expand the Railway volume before hitting critical.

VACUUM strategy: Plain VACUUM ANALYZE only — VACUUM FULL is permanently disabled (it caused the 2026-05-12 outage by exhausting disk during table rewrite).
